Due to the financial downturn and a change in the way we provide entertainment & food we are pleased to announce that the ticket price this year will be £19.50 per night.

There will still be a wonderful choice of quality food available at different times throughout the night for people to buy.

Tickets will be available from members of the committee and @ the farm sometime in May. Please watch this space. Keep checking back for more updates.

A cheque for £10,000 has just been handed over to the Great North Air Ambulance Service by Judy Kitching and her committee, crew and helpers of The CornShed Festival held annually at her home, Sexhow Park Farm, Hutton Rudby.

The Concerts have been held in memory of her husband Jim, who died tragically on the farm in 1985. The very first CornShed concert was held in 1986.

Highlights

Superb performances from Doctor Brown & The Groovecats, The Mothers, The Wild Cats of Killkenny, Chimera, TT Blue, FizzyFish and The Fallen - All in The CornShed.

Stars of The Romney Hut were.... The Delmonts, Ed Parish, Al Aitchison and BSE & The Buttercups.

We must not forget performances on both nights from The Chop Gate Chappies with their wacky rendition of Go West - Well done chaps!

There are some additions to the line-up this year!

Local band Dr Brown and the Groovecats and classic Rock 'n' Roll band The Delmonts will be playing for us on the friday night, and BSE and the Buttercups will now be performing on saturday instead of friday.

So the new line-up is as follows...

The bands that are confirmed for this years event are :

FRIDAY 4TH JULY - The Wildcats of Kilkenny, The Mothers, Pip Garbutts Band, BSE and the Buttercups, Chop Gate Chappies

SATURDAY 5TH JULY - The Fallen, FizzyFish, TT Blue, Chimera, Ed Parish, Alan Aitchison, Chop Gate Chappies

And of course Chris Wastell's disco!
